This retreat is for you if you're looking for a strong sense of community.  If you are wanting to develop a deeper connection to your own integrity and spaces and boundaries in your life that support your heart, mind, career, and health.  If you are open minded, curious, willing to uncover deeper parts of yourself and seeking deeper connection with others.  We're here to learn more about ourselves so we can thrive in our life. 

We will open with a beautiful cocao ceremony. following my breathwork and reiki, soundbath, delicious food, nutrition and naturopathy, coaching with connection to learn more about ourselves so we can build a life that we feel vibrant in.  Come curious, with an open heart and leave grounded knowing connected and supported in your path forward.
