Holistic Wellness and Health
If you’ve been told “everything is normal” but don’t feel normal, start here. I help people who feel stuck, frustrated, and unheard.
We all have a unique combination of cycles that govern our bodies. We dive into the ways these circadian, mood, testosterone and estrogen cycles can be strengthened and optimize the way we operate. When honed correctly, we use our moods, anxieties, and intuiton to help guide us to feeling better.
Somatic trauma work and breathwork facilitates greater emotional processing and allows us to better access the information stored in the nervous system and body that isn't always acessible to our conscious thoughts. This process allows for integration of complex unconscious emotional and physical blocks.
We will develop intimacy with your nervous system to discover what your mind and body need to feel safe, alive, and energized. We use this to direct the treatment plan so you move closer to the life you want and the joy that comes from living vibrantly. I use holistic approaches that includes lifestyle and functional medicine as well as medication, therapy and hypnosis.
